1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Click Virals AI ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Click Virals AI provides AI-assisted tools to generate, schedule, and publish short-form video content to connected social platforms such as Instagram.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 (or 16 in the EEA) to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, harmful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
• No spam, manipulation, or violation of any third-party platform's terms (including Instagram and Meta).
• No attempts to reverse engineer, abuse rate limits, or disrupt the Service.

5. Content ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and content you submit and of the reels generated for you. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to operate the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (AI model providers, Meta/Instagram, hosting). Your use of those services through Click Virals AI is also subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate; review before publishing.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Click Virals AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request data deletion via our Data Deletion page.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
