1. Who we are

Click Virals AI ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered platform to generate, manage and publish short-form video content. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@clickviralsai.lovable.app.

2. Data we collect

  • Account data: email address, display name, password hash (via our authentication provider).
  • Profile data: niche, content goals, target platforms you provide during onboarding.
  • Generated content: prompts you submit, reels, captions, hooks, music, and metadata stored in our backend.
  • Instagram data: when you connect Instagram, we receive — via the Meta Graph API — a long-lived access token, your Instagram Business Account ID, linked Facebook Page ID, username, and the IDs and permalinks of posts we publish on your behalf.
  • Usage data: log data, IP address, device/browser metadata, and feature interactions.

3. How we use your data

  • Provide, operate, and improve the service.
  • Generate AI reels, captions, hooks and music you request.
  • Publish reels to your connected Instagram account when you initiate posting.
  • Authenticate users and prevent abuse.
  • Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.

4. Instagram / Meta Platform data

We use the Meta Graph API solely to publish content you explicitly choose to publish from your Click Virals AI account. We do not sell, rent, or share your Instagram access token with third parties. Tokens are stored encrypted at rest. You may revoke our access at any time from your Facebook account at Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, or by deleting your data via our Data Deletion page.

5. Third-party processors

  • Hosting & database: Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — stores your account, profile, reels and Instagram connection.
  • AI providers: Google, OpenAI — process prompts to generate text, images, video and audio.
  • Meta Platforms, Inc. — used only for Instagram publishing you initiate.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your reels at any time from the app, and request full account and Instagram-data deletion via the Data Deletion page. Backups are purged within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email privacy@clickviralsai.lovable.app to exercise these rights.

8. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, row-level security on our database, and least-privilege access controls. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

9. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
