Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Click Virals AI account and all associated data, including:

  • Your profile, preferences and onboarding answers
  • All generated reels, prompts, captions, hooks and audio
  • Your connected Instagram access token and business account record
  • Any record of posts we made on your behalf (the posts on Instagram itself are not deleted — manage those from your Instagram account)

Option 1 — Delete in the app

Sign in, go to Settings, then "Delete account". Your data is removed immediately and tokens are revoked.

Option 2 — Email request

Send us your account email and we will delete your data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Revoke Instagram access only

If you only want to disconnect Instagram without deleting your account, go to Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, find "Click Virals AI" and click Remove. We will purge the stored token on next sync.
